Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Rird AI LLC ("RIRD," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use RIRD -- the AI agent you text to book, buy, compare, and switch. We collect only what we need to run the service and protect it with reasonable security measures.

1. Information We Collect

Your phone number. RIRD is login-free, so your phone number is your account. We create and identify your account from the number you text us from.

Message content. The messages you send to and receive from RIRD, so the agent can understand your requests and respond.

Action history. Records of the actions you ask RIRD to take and confirm -- searches, comparisons, bookings, and purchases -- and their outcomes.

Preferences. Details you share or that we infer from your activity to make RIRD more useful, such as the kinds of deals and options you care about.

Payment information. If you subscribe to Premium, payments are handled by Stripe. We do not store your full card details; Stripe processes them and we receive limited billing information needed to manage your subscription.

Website and technical data. When you visit our website we may collect device and usage data (such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed) through cookies and similar technologies.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to take the actions you request, respond to your messages, personalize recommendations, send proactive deal alerts, process payments, provide support, and improve and secure the service. We may use aggregated or de-identified data to understand performance and improve RIRD.

3. We Do Not Sell or Share Your Phone Number With Advertisers

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not sell or share your phone number with advertisers. When RIRD shows a sponsored recommendation, we are the publisher serving that placement -- the advertiser does not receive your number or identity. Sponsored placements are clearly labeled "Sponsored" and never change the genuine ranking of what we believe is best for you.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories described above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with, or sold to, any third parties.

4. Affiliate and Sponsored Links; Click Tracking

Some links RIRD shares are affiliate or sponsored links. When you tap one, it may pass through a RIRD redirect (for example, a /r/ link) so we can record that the click happened and attribute any resulting commission. This records click metadata such as a timestamp, a hashed IP, and the user agent. We use this for attribution and to measure performance; we do not use it to share your phone number with advertisers.

5. How We Share Information

We share information with service providers who help us operate RIRD -- for example, our messaging and SMS providers, our payment processor (Stripe), and our cloud and AI infrastructure providers -- under appropriate confidentiality and data-protection obligations. When you ask RIRD to take an action, we share only what is necessary with the relevant merchant or provider to complete it (such as a name or booking detail you provide). We may disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.

6. Cookies and Website Analytics

On our website we use cookies and similar technologies for functionality and analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not work without them. These website cookies are separate from the messaging service you use over SMS, WhatsApp, or Telegram.

7. Your Choices and Rights

You can reply STOP at any time to opt out of messages from RIRD, and HELP for help. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at contact@rird.ai, and we will respond in accordance with applicable law. Deleting your account or opting out may limit or end our ability to provide the service.

7a. SMS / Text Messaging Program

RIRD is a text-message service. You opt in by sending the first text message to RIRD at +1 (424) 202-9185 (or by submitting your number with express consent through a form on rird.ai). By opting in you agree to receive recurring automated and AI-generated text messages from RIRD (rird.ai), including conversational replies to your requests and, where you have separately consented, deal alerts and reminders. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Reply STOP at any time to cancel and receive no further messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at contact@rird.ai. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When you request deletion, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the service or by other reasonable means. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
